DDOLLEMI is a “youngest daughter’s BBQ house,” opened in Seoul after five years of working at her father’s galbi restaurant in Seongsan, Jeju Island. The name “Ddollemi” means “daughter” in the Jeju dialect. Those five years taught her the true taste of meat and how to run a restaurant that lasts.
Not a place 100 guests visit once, but a place one guest wants to visit 100 times — that’s the spirit we opened with. Every side dish is made in-house, and our salt-grilled cuts are hand-selected and trimmed every day. You’ll see the freshness of our pork neck and skirt meat the moment they reach your table.
Ddollemi Galbi is the Jeju-style pork galbi she learned from her father over five years; Abang Galbi (marinated beef galbi) is her own limited creation, built on those lessons for her father and aged for 48 hours. “Abang” means “father” in the Jeju dialect. The marinade is made in-house from freshly ground apple, pear, kiwi, pineapple, ginger and onion. Order both to taste DDOLLEMI’s beginnings and present on one table.
Over a 650℃ oak-charcoal grill generously packed with charcoal, our staff grill your meat the DDOLLEMI way — high heat and fast, sealing in the juices. Enjoy the first bite plain to taste the meat itself, then pair it with Jeju-style seasoned skate and meljeot (anchovy sauce) brought straight from Chujado Island.
Our cozy, clean space is a renovated 1970s wooden house, with signatures from celebrities and influencers who’ve visited lining one wall. With group tables for 8, 16 and 20, we welcome team dinners, family meals, gatherings and dates alike — a go-to Korean BBQ spot in Yongsan.
We’re right on the main road, a 2-minute walk from Namyeong and Sookmyung Women’s Univ. stations and 8 minutes from Samgakji Station. We’re open with no break time; there’s a wait at peak hours, so book via Naver or by phone to walk right in. Paid parking is available at the nearby Su Building.
We also serve pork skirt (galmaegisal), pork belly, pork neck, Hanwoo yukhoe, doenjang stew and naengmyeon.

갈매기살이 정말 맛있었어요! 특히 지금까지 먹어본 갈매기살 중에 제일 육즙이 풍부하고 촉촉해서 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 씹을수록 고소하고 육즙이 가득해서 계속 손이 가더라고요. 갈비도 맛있었고, 고기 좋아하시는 분들이라면 만족하실 것 같아요. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다 😊
